that is the sweetest Muley Ive seen in awhile. I bet it was an awesome hunt. How did Mr Muley feel about? I take it he's going to become part of the family on the wall? details please? taken with? rifle?bow? what does he score? thanks

Taken in northern NM, near Cuba NM... shot with a 300 RUM a range finder said 555 and 561 yds so somewhere in that range. Taken on the last afternoon of the hunt, it was a really good hunt. We camped out for 8 nights and it was a really great hunt. We did not see a lot of deer but definitely saw some quality deer.
I do not think that Mr Muley was too happy with the whole situation but he will have a happy place on the wall in the living room. I should have scored him prior to taking him to the taxidermist and getting the euro mount. I would guess around 160 to 165... definitely an awesome time and a great deer.

We got pretty lucky, this is the best buck I have taken so far. I am very thankful that we got a shot at him.
