Dorian Yates says he only did biceps 10 minutes a week. Are you suggesting 10 minutes is all we need?

I am HIT believer. And yes, I spend less than 10 minutes a week on biceps.

Perhaps we can settle for "different strokes for different folks"?

Have a great holiday weekend,

Re: No gains in upper chest?

For years, I always included inclines and flys in my chest workouts, but my time to train has become so limited recently, that I do only benchpress now. Basically an hour of nothing but benchpress with heavy (at least for me) weights and lower reps. My only concern now is building as much strength as possible. Since doing this, my one rep max has increased by 30 lbs in the last 5 months or so. I was stuck at the same max for about a year before changing my routine.

Rather then doing your whole chest isolate just upper use dumbbells bars cables machines anything that relates to upper chest all work on an incline train the rest of your chest anotherday and train till it hurts and you can't lift 1 more rep then keep training through it. It's gonna hurt but you'll get there
