Is the bottling plant mentioned abandoned or in use? I understand preservation of history. If that includes some architecture that is fine. But what the hell do you do with a bottling plant (or any other industrial site) once its usefulness is over.
if some uppity uppity group is going to plant a sign out front "historical site" and then not mantain the place so implodes on it self in slow motion then just raze it and make useof the site.
i do find modern architecture boring as hell. Just saying you can't save every damn building.
Oops misread. It has been remodeled and put to use.
