I had really bad ES and SD numbers in 2 different rifles with it. Bad lot? I don't know because Norma never got back to me when I shared my results.

Yes it is, why I bought 15 boxes of it. Plan on running them with a chronograph.

I shoot a Tikka T3x CTR with a 20” barrel. It loves the Norma. I have shot it only to 300 yards group size average under an inch. When chronographing I got a mean of 2660 and an SS of 9 FPS. During that test I set chronograph at 10 yds and a target at 50 yds and shot five rounds 1 hole. However have heard it is a match bullet not a hunting round due to poor expansion. Shoots well inside anything Hornady makes.
