Gunsmithing Northern California Gunsmith

I am looking for a Northern California (Bay Area) Gunsmith that can bed and free float my wood rifle stock and install a Timney Trigger. The only reputable person I have found so far is Spartan Precision Rifles in San Jose. I reached out to them and they were too busy working on their custom guns to work on mine. Any and all recommendations will be appreciated.
