Northern Utah PCPR august results

I would like to thank all the shooters for all the support we have had. You guys are awesome! It was a bit windy, but I needed alittle practice calling wind.

Thanks to James (308er) with Impulse Targets for all his work on the targets. He has really built some great target systems. It is so nice not having to run out there every 10 minutes to repair targets. We have had what...4 matches now and only 1 target failure!! Thanks buddy

Thanks to ALL the guys down at LAR Manufacturing for being so supportive of out little match. Today they brought out two BADASS rifles and a bunch od ammunition for everyone to shoot and fondle. Zac that 50BMG was bad as hell, but I think that 416 is on my wish list. You guys are cranking out some very impressive fireams, and we really appreciate you letting us demo them.

Thanks for the great time Eric. As always a great and challenging course of fire.

Still can't believe that still held up to the .416 Barrett.

Thanks to LAR those were awesome rifles. Heavy as hell. lol. I think there will be some funny pics of me trying to wield one.

Hey man wish you could have been there today. However I saw the pictures you posted from your hunt, and any day in the high country chasing big mulies is my first choice also.

Yeah, your right, i dont feel so bad after all. It was a fun hunt. and I got coldboremiracle#1 up to the range again today, shot 100,200,600,1000. Look out PCPR!!!

What a fun day. Thanks! Your targets and stages are very challenging. You and your family have done yourselves proud. All I have to do to shoot better is engage my brain. My rifle shot great, I didn't!

Great match. Hopefully next time I'll be able to make it through the day with some good dopes and 0 ammo failures.

Thanks Again, always a good time!!! Glad the guys had fun with the "Big Guns", I still can't believe that steel took that .416 round. I myself was quite impressed with .416 rifle, it's on my got to have list! It was a good first day for that rifle, thanks for being apart of it!!!

Eric and Leo and all those who helped put on this series of matches did a fantastic job as well as the folks providing / maintaining the steel and LAR for bringing out some great toys and prizes. Again, I can't say enough good things about how you kept the pace of the match quick with no unnecessary delays. Fast clear and concise COF descriptions before each stage were delivered in a way that was fair and you didn't waste time. I've enjoyed all the COF's you came up with, even when I wasn't at my best or unable to perform the stage properly, I felt that my shooting skills improved because of everything you guys threw at us. I really hope you are able to put on the same series of long range competitions next season. Again, thank you for the making this available to the shooting community.

Thanks to ALL for the great support. Eric puts his hart into each match trying to come up with different COF stages and stingy time allotments.
Looking forward to future matches, hope to see you all in Price on 9-11.
