I haven't used them in my winmag…YET. I have used them in my 6.5x47 and they do good. At least as good as the SMK. I have had groups with them just as tight as I get with the Berger VLDs and Hornady AMAX, but it took a little bit of load development. Whenever I see the Custom Comps on sale, I jump on them. I can find 250 count boxes of them for like $65-70. Compare that the price of the Bergers and its a steal.
FWIW, a buddy of mine was shooting the Custom Comps out of his 7mag at some 1000yd comps last year and he won a few times. Grouped phenomenal.
