I was just looking at noslers website and the bc of their 6mm 105 says .59 and to me that seems like it has to be a misprint. I am thinking it is supposed to be .49 hoping somebody has played with these and has some real world bc's.

    thanks scott

Scott, saw the same thing and got some to try. They shot great at 100 but sorry to say haven't stretched them out yet. They are very similar to the 105 lapua in appearance. Will post results when I get to shoot them out to 600 and farther.

Yeah scott I saw that too. Not sure about that but if it is in fact true it should be a good bullet. I shoot the 105VLD and not sure many other 105 grain bullets can beat bergers BC by that much.

    Re: nosler 6mm 105 BC?

it seems impossible that they would be better than a 115 berger and dtac. most of their other competition bullets are worse bc than berger and sierra, it just doesn't add up.on the bright side if they shoot well at least they are fairly inexpensive $55/250 isn't bad.

Got a chance to play with these today. And as suspected they don't perform up to the claimed bc. Here is what I found.
    Shot out of a Rem. 700 6 mm Dasher 24" barrel suppressed with a SN-3 3.2 - 17 X 44 moa/moa (iphy/iphy) as is the dope. Used Horusvison TRAG for data.
    Velocity 2911
    bc .593
    zero 100yd.
    alt. 1120
    temp. 55
    bp 28.31
    rh 78%
    scope ht. 2.0
All come ups are in IPHY.

    BC Chart ----------- observed data
    500 8.7 ------------ 9.5
    600 11.8 ---------- 12.5
    700 15.1 ---------- 15.5
    800 18.7 ---------- 19.5
    850 20.7 ---------- 22.0

Despite the difference in bc they shot very well, which is really what matters. Held sub moa at every distance, the wind seamed to affect them more than I thought it should, but that is usually the case. Wind was 6 to 8 mph at 7 to 8 o’clock and my range is kinda funky because of tree rows.
I bought 500 and don't regret that at all, after reflecting on the data they really aren't that far off, probably within margin of error for input and trigger puller. I'll shoot more of them.
