The smart play here is to let these places become sanctuaries so that the ones who will be deported flock to a couple of states. That will keep them from voting in future elections in other states.

They'll bankrupt the states, then Trump shouldn't give them federal bailouts to overcome their deficits

They need to fix the census whereby apportionment is based on citizens only. Count the illegals if they want but not included in apprtionment. This would result in a massive loss of house seats for blue states
