Noveske NSR 13.5

Got the notification from Rainier last night and it was sold out in 15 minutes!!! Last piece I'm needing for a build. Anyone got any info on where to find one actually in stock??

I'm thinking they should start popping up since Rainier just received a shipment of 20.

Call Noveske and they will help you out. There customer service is second to none. Also if your LE/Mil you get a discount.

Got my LE deal a few months ago, no problems and probably the best customer service I've ever had....anywhere!

Right now, as you guys can imagine, Noveske is slammed with orders. They are asking that you go through a dealer or distributor if an item is back ordered.

What issues have you had?</div></div>

I ordered a barrel and other parts in June. You cant place LE/MIL orders with Noveske on items not on hand in stock. Ok so I place the order through DSG arms in Texas.In Aug I was told September, in September I was told 1st of Oct, Oct I was told, 1st of Nov. Now in November I am told unknown eta.

DSG arms has been pretty straight forward they are waiting on Noveske

I emailed Noveske three weeks ago with no response.

It took 3 hours to reach a human being calling, its been 6 days since they were suposed to call me back.

It is 15 days from six months since placing the order and I still have no idea when I will recive parts that are needed for a duty gun. If this was some project that I didnt need, or for personal use, it would be different.

But this is all just a side show, to the OP Noveske products are great, its the getting them that sucks

I would agree with Rprecision - their products are really very, very good and probably worth the wait.

On the other hand, their customer service IS NOT second to none.

Last year, for a fairly straight forward build, it took just over two months from my first effort at contacting them to actually get the order placed. Once you get someone to actually speak to you they are really very helpful. It is just getting to that point that can be frustrating. The best - and really only - way to get them is to keep calling.

Nobody is perfect, they could be better, but on the other hand, once the waiting is done you have a great rifle.

About 3 weeks after I got the completed rifle I got a call from one of the guys in the tech department wanting to know if I needed help with my "new order" - I explained thanks but no as they had already built it and I already had about 1000 rounds thru it......!

I would use them again.
