What part of this is Moon's and what part is Bart's?? Caliber?

Tikka 595. Mcwoody A5 Moon cut the chamber, Bart fit it all together and bedded it. 6 creed 308 switch barrel. 23 inch for both CDI Bottom. Factory trigger ( which is a little heavy can I adjust it?) What has got you so boogered about the front ring? 5-25 USO with the redneck cat tail extra addition which works like a champ I might add. These actions are smooth as butter. The first three shots to ever leave the barrel went into a dime with my generic gas gun load. I have been wanting to chop my gasser to 18in. This is giving me a great excuse to do so. After I shoot up all the stuff I've loaded for the gasser I'm gonna see how fast this thing will go. Shoots so good right now I'm not gonna fool with it until after steel city.
