I would say that he's been punished enough by shooting himself in the nuts but anyone that stupid is not only a danger to himself not that anyone cares but a danger to everyone else.
Hopefully the gunshot to the nuts will permantly prevent him from having offspring since that gene pool probably isn't deep enough to wet the toenails.
