Night Vision NV Package deal from CS Tactical-Thoughts?

As I am trying to get closer to join yet another addictive/expensive hobby/club...I stumble across this deal here on the Hide. I reckon some members may have moved on this kit. I have previously spoke with Delta4-3 and he has been extremely helpful in trying to help me make an informed decision. I just found this today and we did not cover this set up. I almost get the feeling that this offer may be too good to be true, but CS has the best feedback from members. I mean no insult to the company but I have never dealt with them before and after pricing all the gear I will eventually need, I am curious to see if anyone could offer testimony on this NV set up.
