Do you mind mentioning what your altitude was on that shot? I do not doubt you at all and I think the OBR is a great rifle. But, too many folks make claims of great distances without clarifying the altitude or DA. bolt gun or semi-auto a .308 and a 20" barrel are still a .308 and a 20" barrel when it comes down to physics.

My guess is it was probably at Todd Hodnett's place. A lot of the guys I work with that have been to his place have shot their OBR's that far if not farther.
