Perhaps running the bore snake through the barrel prior to each string was not such a good idea as it may have introduced an additional variable which could potentially make your results more difficult to interpret. After all, the rationale for shooting round robin is to minimize variability between groups but in your scenario every shot in the first group is made through a cleaner barrel than those in the last grouping.
Not sure what effect, if any, this may have had in your final results as I don't see a "classic" OCW pattern in your groupings. Hopefully others can interpret your results better than I.
