There is no problem with your order. We are just sending this shotgun e-mail because you haven't heard from us in a while.
The 35P's are being built and tested, orders are now shipping, and we fully expect to service the large backlog of customer orders over the next couple of months. Our estimated ship date for orders received today is late November.
We thank you especially for your patience. The Model 35P is made here in Texas by the same employees who will be responsible to you for proper performance in the future. We must take the time required to do it right because neither of us want problems in the future. For us to be happy, you must say, “I have an Oehler 35P, and it always works!”
We plan to e-mail or phone you a week or so before shipment of your system. That will allow any last minute adjustment of shipping instructions or credit card expiration dates. We’d hate to see a new system left on your porch while you’re spending a week hunting.
