After seeing this post, I put a 500ct box of 142gr SMKs in my cart with the AR151215 code and it took $15 off...

Re: Official MidwayUSA Codes

I just tried AR151235 for a $399 order (Burris MTAC 1-4x) and it came up as expired. I called a customer service rep and she said it was expired, and she couldn't give me any other codes.

Maybe there is a new set of codes out? Although it seems the AR15 code should be good through the end of the month. If anybody has any I would like to know. Otherwise I can get the scope somewhere else.

Hey, they are welcome to do as they please. I think there are a lot of us who spend hundreds or thousands at Midway each year knowing that we get a discount for making large purchases. The decisions to pull the monthly codes without warning because of a holiday affects them more than it affects me. Another company offered me a customer loyalty discount for doing business with them throughout the year so I bought there instead. I am not upset with Midway, and don't need all caps or exclamation points. I will shop at Midway again. Just not in December.

Welllll, the discount codes keep Midway competitive. I can go to Amazon or Brownell's or the Outdoor shop down the road and pick up the same gear for the same or less cost as Midway's prices before markdowns.

Will I buy elsewhere to save eight bucks on my order? You betcha.

Re: Official MidwayUSA Codes

Anybody know of any codes still currently working? I've tried a few options and have come up with nothing that works. I have a rather large order and it sure would be nice to use a code.

Thanks

This one still worked as of late afternoon EST.

I just used that code, $10 off my $150 order.

10101212 worked for me for the order of $109.00. All of your orders must be the regular price item to use this code or any Midwayusa discount code. You may have 1 or 2 item that is on "Sale" that's why the code did not apply.

What kind of shipping charges are you guys getting? I just bought a few things and mine was $4.87. I haven't been able to ship anything under 10 bucks in a long time!

I just paid about $18 shipping on $160 worth of merch. I don't think any of it was particularly heavy. For the amount of packages that Midway ships their corporate UPS rate must be pretty low. Too bad they choose not to pass that rate on to their customers.

Re: Official MidwayUSA Codes

As much as I'd love free shipping on everything, make sure you understand what makes it add up. I run a logistics company and deal with this every day, so I thought I'd offer up some insight. First I'll say I ordered 2 pistol mags from them a few weeks ago and was able to ship them for about $4 (UPS Mail Innovations or USPS were same price), which was very fair. I noticed on a previous order where I was trying to get to $100 (or $150 or whatever) to use a coupon that when I added a $2 bottle of rem oil then usps was no longer an option and that $2 item would have cost me an extra $7ish to ship. So think about what is in your cart if usps doesn't show up- I bet they don't send any liquids or aerosols with them.
Then if you live in a rural area (like so many of us likely do) UPS will charge a "small town fee" (FedEx calls it Delivery Area Service, can't recall what UPS calls it but it's there) which is $2-3 and a residential fee of $2-3, so there's about $5 right there in extra fees that get passed through. UPS doesn't reduce those fees too much regardless of discount. Plus the way ground discounts work it's on a matrix, so maybe they only get a 5% discount under 5lbs, 6% through 10lbs, on & on. And I'd expect any company to have a small handling charge (maybe 10% of their freight cost) to cover packing supplies/labor
Happy shopping!

Shit, really? I'm about to order $260 worth of ammunition and was hoping to use one of these codes. I swear the price has gone up $1/box in the last 24 hours. Guess I better buy now before the prices get out of reach!
