im looking to start the process of owning a suppressor. The process is overwhelming in my eyes and it looks as though 41F added more steps even for a trust. Through searching here and web surfing there are a multitude of options via the internet for a trust being drawn up, but I feel uncertain about those options.
Does anyone in Ohio know of a dealer who also walks you through the process and possibly all in one stop also offers trusts?
SilencerCo seems way easy on the Etrust they offer. I just want to make sure my wife is covered in the event of my death as well I can go back and change a beneficiary when a child is of age to own. Any help? I may be making a mountain out of a mole hill. I'm likely to have a lot of newb questions involving this process. I'm not banking on the HPA and if it does pass then great on a refund. I've waited long enough.

I wouldn't mind seeing a sticky with all the information and a step by step process from start to finish to make the process a bit more clear. It would be beneficial to the shooters looking to break the ice in suppression.

Bought 7 cans thru them. Nice place, some friends shoot in leagues there. While looking at cans, a guy walked up who inherited some nice older firearms and asked about value - they were more than fair in their offer. They also support the local shooting community. Good selection in stock and have closeout prices on last year's models.

I talked with Blackwing today. Eric was a great help. Considering my particular circumstances and pretty much my sole use of the suppressor I'm going to forego the trust route and just do the individual. I'm hopefully going to be able to get the process started tomorrow with prints, pics, etc.

TBAC Ultra 7 bought and paperwork submitted. Now the looooong wait.
Bought through Blackwing and can't say enough about Eric's knowledge and willingness to help.
