Ohio to vote on qualified immunity

Let’s hope all our freedom loving brothers and sisters in Ohio get out and vote to take away this made up extra super special protection offered only to certain government employees.
A few states have already done so - CO MT NV and NM as well as NY city and several other large and small cities .

Also the Attorney in the OP is local to me , seen him speak on a few occasions, he has helped many for free with bad / u safe products and civil rights issues - and helped expose one of the most corrupt judges in state history.

Fucked a realest developer whom she then ruled in favor of in several lawsuits and criminal cases .
Fred law clerks to “fix” files so her husband appeared to have more assets- erased her on financial records, put thing in clerks names .
Murders had to be let go after all this came to light ; a local prosecutor was wrapped up in her downfall as was a candidate for attorney general of the state .
When all was said and done she faced like 3-5 felonies including evidence destruction, tampering g perjury and official misconduct- Got a very light sentence cause you know - do t want to set a bad precedent by hammering a corrupt public official. Like 6 months in jail of some shit - for a career of criminality. Also took down at least one state detective with her - a real fucking twisted deal- she was fucking him - someone murdered their brother - whom she also had a financial/ possibly sexual relationship with and convicted for murder on some really flimsy evidence.
Now all this was pulled from my memory of a big county happening back in 2019- may not be the gospel on exact details but I did hit the high points .
Judge committing multiple felonies- protection police they protected her - destroying evidence of all of her wrong doings and not recusing herself from trials she was intimately involved with.

Say what you will- I might have shared this before but admittedly I voted for her in... the 2012 election I believe. Yes- she ran as a Democrat but as futile as it may be- I still try to weigh each candidate on their own merits and not strictly vote down party lines. Whelp- I sure regretted this one.
As a quick backstory (for those that might be interested) at the time of that election (which is why I'm pretty sure it was the 2012 one) Sandusky & Penn State was HUGE news here. The longstanding head coach of PSU football was Joe Paterno. I'm rather indifferent but I have to tell you that (in this area at least) he was held as a football "hero" and had been for decades. So when the PSU scandal was blowing up (much like the Catholic cover up/only mentioning that since the pope died and figured it'd be a relevant analogy) Paterno was caught up in this scandal as being part of the coverup.
Long story short- Kane campaigned against the 'good old boys' network in PA/PSU and promised to shatter that protection and not let it be swept under the proverbial rug. So yeah- totally voted for her.
Whelp that's only the start of the story & holy freakin' cow she ended up far more corrupt than what she campaigned against. Mark my words- the corruption was so deep & so bad that eventually a movie will be made about it. I 'effin guarantee it. The story is so unbelievable & the corruption is so deep that the truth will eventually bubble up and surpass being known locally and become a national example of how bad politics had/have become. Look into her story if you don't believe me.
Went on a tangent there but the point I was originally trying to make is the proverbial pendulum needs to start swinging towards normalcy because it's been spending at least decades in the "bizzaro/corrupt" world and the gravitational force of just reckoning (my own words) seems to now be pulling that hunk of steel towards the center.

I was a hardcore NFL fan most of my adult life, until they interjected politics, wokeness, and kneeling. Haven't watched it since. If the theory is that being proficient in sports makes a person non-woke and conservative, pretty sure that is a flawed theory! Pretty sure there are cock suckers in the NFL, not the kind that can be found on this forum, but rather the type that enjoy putting a real dick in the their mouth! How many of those players do you remember losing their paycheck for refusing a vaccine? How many took a stand against kneeling?
I am in Ohio this should get interesting. The big cities are corrupt and I believe people are fed up with it. We shall see.
