Old receiver

Hello all.
I have an old ar15 lower receiver that has a few dings in it to say the least.
What are some options on refinishing it? I would like to keep the cost down and perform as much of the labor as possible.

I've used this with great results. Be sure to degrease and follow the directions, and it turns out nice.
