I’ve not personally seen to many of these out in the wild . Browning 22 auto chambered in 22 short. It’s been in my family for the last 50 years and still does the job on squirrels and rabbits.
Just thought I share a bit of lost history as far as the 22 short goes.

That is a beauty, thanks for sharing. Reminds me of cutting my teeth shooting gophers with Grandps's Winchester 60 and WW shorts. Still have the rifle, still shoots.
