just a gunsmith and a customer << me >> and a little bragging rights... both rifles were build by him...both shoot sub 1/4 @ 100, almost the same rifle just different calibers. we have been shooting steel for a couple week at 1050 and last night after all the friendly arguing we went in his shed to get out the 1000 yard targets and set them up for a sunday morning comp. we get out to the range and the weather was perfect. we sight in on steel and go to work. the first round i got an 8 inch group on five shots and he did about seven inch group with only four on paper.. puts me ahead of him.and i let him no
the whole way back,so we patch the targets and go for round 2 the wind picks up and we shoot then we go back up to the targets were i find no shots on my target and find him with all 5 shots in the 10 in bull.. long story short this is just another example of a 62 year old marksman kicking a 24 year olds ass.. this was the first time either of us shot paper beyond 600 yards... so im still happy with the results
