Anyone used this powder trickler? Video shows it dispensing a single kernel of 4831sc by the push of a button. Looks like a more efficent way to trickle powder.

It is a very good unit. And rumor has it there is a upgrade coming for these units that will take them to the next level. I know that there are working proto-types for it and it works really well. The things to come hopefully for these units will make a lot of reloaders happy.

Not sure either what the upgrade is. I think that the only change yellow weight on the dispensing tube. The web site says it controls the amount of powder flow. Dont know if thats the upgrade?

No, the yellow dampener on the feed tube is not the upgrade. The upgrade will automate its use. Push the button and it will weigh out the charge and stop.
REally can not say any more than that. Maybe the involved parties will post more.

The Omega trickler is a really cool item.... I use one with a Acculab scale, and you can trickle one kernel at at time...

Doesn't affect mine at all. That was my main concern when I ordered it and the first thing I checked when i got it. Works great with the Acculab in my experience.

Received my Omega in the mail. Had a chance to play around with it and it does drop one kernel at a time. Goodbye to using the Redding for now. Use it as a back up. This is worth the money.

Whatever it is I hope it comes out soon. I try contacting the maker of the Target Master but he never emailed me back. I'm in the market for something along these lines.

It's quieter than I thought it would be. My beam scale is on a shelf at eye level, the Omega is going to be an improvement with its control on the bench vs reaching up to trickler with the Redding.

Loaded some rounds recently and was very pleased with the ease and use. Using a chargemaster set to throw about .4 gr less then desired weight and trickle the rest with the omega. Easy operation. Push of the slow trickle button and charge is right on desired weight. Really enjoyable. Took 15 min to throw 40 rounds.
