Which would you go with?

What I found interesting is the shape of the corresponding groups are almost identicle.....45.3 was a good consistent load (a load I developed in the past) and now that I've went up in charge weight to get a little more velocity I found another very similar group @ 46.1.... groups seem to match up .8gr apart which tells me that's a good node for this gun, not too worried about group size, these were shot round Robin style & barrel temps varied between individual shots in each group...

46.1 seems to be the next node....
Varget
155gr scenar
Cci 200
Lapua brass

Much higher than 46.1 may be sketchy on a hot day.... a node is hard to find with this, I'm thinking it may not like the bullet choice...

im with you id try something else i dont care for any of those groups they are all doing something different.

With Lapua brass I think you should be looking around 46.3 +/-. With Varget I doubt hot days will be an issue. You can try 46.3 and adjust seating depth. That may tighten up the group.

With OCW you look for concictancy in point of impact and you are consistent on 46.1 to 46.5.

I tend to agree. However, I have some reference to loads with 155's that use Winchester brass at 46.6 grains as a known OCW. Since you are using Lapua brass you can reduce the load about .3 grains and that should put you in the ballpark.

Because of the scatter you might want to check all you mounting screws, etc to make sure everything is tight.
