It appears these two are 95% the same, all except for the chin strap. Single on sport chin strap, military has a little double chin thing going on.

Wanted to know if the "sport" would work fine for supporting a PVS-14 in hunting/walking/fun type activities. No HSLD here, just having fun.

Anyone used the sport for NV gear and do so successfully?

Used both...I find the biggest issue is the single strap upon brisk walking does enable the helmet to slide up and down more with a 14 attached to the front of the helmet.

The dual chin strap really helps in this manner and is designed when cinched up to "pull the helmet" correctly on ones melon for the best stability when using a NOD.

It can, would take a few weeks per Ops Core since they don't stock replacement chin straps they said.
