Rifle Scopes optics help

I saw a post and cannot find it now. Where people have a scope and a Micro-Aimpoint or some other aiming device. The one I saw here was I think on a 45-degree mount. If you running a set up like this do you like it and what set up are you running. Or if you have any experience with a set up like this.

I was thinking of the Nightforce NXS 1-4x24 on my SR15 but after some thought I’m thinking of glass with better power and set up like above. Thanks any help
