Optics mount issues

I have a 737r and use a area 419 tac mount 34mm tube 39mm hight 20moa. My issue is that the cases hit the Pic rail mounting points and fall strait down sometimes back into the ejection port. I tried moving it in every possible position and still have issues. The action ejects fine when the mount is removed. I am waiting to hear back from area 419 and impact to hear what they say. I don't want to use rings and the mount needs to be tall enough for the scope to clear the mdt elite bridges I'm waiting on. Anyone that has experience with the impact 737r and is using a mount that fits my parameters with no issue please let me know. If it matters I am shooting 6mm dasher with grey ops aw mags.

The more I look into it I think it might be my extractor.

This is my first bolt action so I don't really have experience to go by. But I have had gas guns that had extractors that held the rim to tight and flung the case in weird directions. I am not 100% that is what's going on here. That's why I posted. I appreciate your time, thanks

I switch the scope between rifles sometimes and like the return to zero of the one piece mounts. I have been noticing that upon ejection without a mount that the cases slam into the back of the ejection port like a ar 15s deflector. I have been watching videos of other 737r's and they don't contact the edges of the port. It's dinging up the mouths of my brass.

I’d wait to hear back from Impact but you can somewhat change ejection angle by filing the extractor. I was having this issue with an early LP Fuzion and they sent me a modified extractor with an angle filed on one corner. The last few I’ve bought have come straight out of box with the modified extractor.

If mount is 20MOA I wouldn’t recommend spinning it lol.
