If it's all that it claims to be I will be happy to pony up and buy one from him. I just want to be shown I was wrong given the first generation of cans I came across last year.

Adam, I bet you can fly into Corpus and get a demo down at Rifles Only, probably knock it out over a weekend. Might be easier than waiting for him to swing by where you can see it.
Are they producing the systems or just marketing the idea at this point? I've sent Johnny a couple emails and PMs and have not heard back.
If these suppressors are the latest and greatest thing, then why won't OSS send demo samples to dealers like most other manufacturer do. Seems like to best way to go, in order to get product spread out and on the market. How long is it going to take OSS to fly to every dealers state for a demo?
Give them a chance. And as I wont be a dealer for them, I have no dog in the race other than wanting to see another small guy with a good product succeed.
Hey all sorry, I have been on the road the past 40+ days, sorry for the lack of contact. Rancilio where have you tried to PM me? I have also not recieved emails but it could be since we switched servers approximately 3 weeks ago.
This is not a marketing thing. I post plenty of our product that we are producing on our facebook page, ossmission and instagram ossmission.
Papa Zero Three hit the nail on the head with why we do not send out demo cans. If you have any questions at all please email me at [email protected] or call be between 9am-9pm mountain standard time, if I do not answer leave a message and I will return your call. 910-303-6147.
KYS as soon as our bolt gun specific can is wrapped up I will head up there as I thought that is what you are interested in.
I am very rarely on here so as I stated, if you have questions please shoot an email or call.
All the best,
Johnny
Just curious but can you produce the Letter from the ATF saying the modularity is ok? Some of us are a little gunshy after the crap they pulled with the mounts.
5 months later, still no ATF letter!
and the only way this has "zero poi shift" is if the suppressor weighs zero.
I have seen a couple dealers with these in-stock. If you are interested in the links, shoot me an email. I've seen first hand how great these cans are.
I'd be interested in the links. All the dealers in TX have zero interest whatsoever in selling them. OSS needs to really work on vetting their dealers a bit better. I've been trying for a month and a half to order one of these including 5 calls and emails to OSS offices with no response at all.
Okay so not being rude however, we have 3 dealers in Texas. When did you email me? Have you tried calling me? If you want to shoot it first hand we will be at SHOT show on the HK guns at both demos as well as in the HK booth? My apologies, if this comes of as rude but it was not meant to. We are extremely busy. So once again [email protected] or 910-303-6147 9am-9pm MST.
All the best,
Johnny
Silencershop had the most promise as they at least tried to get one for me but were having troubles getting in contact with you guys. Per their last email they decided to not even carry OSS.
Hey you guys Johnny from OSS here. Let me clarify things. ...... We have zero poi shift and proved that this weekend in New Hampshire with a very large weapons manufacturer.
All the best,
Johnny
Point of impact shift from 32 F to 600 F ( 0 C to 315 C) – This is the worst possible shift you will ever see on our suppressors. To advertise zero POI is a ridiculous lie in the world of suppression. You may as well claim zero POI shift on a cold bore shot as a rifle manufacturer.

Sorry, Johnny .... your own website says yer full of crap.

At 20 rounds per minute and a constant suppressor temperature, our devices have zero shift. In a real world combat situation, those conditions are never guaranteed so why use them as a standard. OSS always defaults to the worst case scenario."
I haven't shot their cans.
But I can garan-daggum - tee you they do NOT have zero POI shift. As he claims they have no POI shift.
Words / definitions matter.
Everything I want to say is already taken care of in this thread - where he made his incorrect claim.
How do you figure? The entire definition as listed on their website addresses ......
His "Zero POI shift" claim is full of crap.
And I'm done here.
Its just that simple.
