Archery Talk is full of communist bastards for sure. Even their hunting forum is full of urban douchebags.
That said, there are great reviews of the new gear, and if you target shoot as well as hunt there is a ton of good technical info there. When I bought my Title last year I was on there all the time reading the reviews of different sights and accessories.
If you know of an archery forum with less communists and idiots please PM me.

That site has fallen, it’s no longer a community, just a click farm for ad revenue. I got banned for messing with a known leftist troll that skirts their CoC baiting members into “violations”. I got to the point where I no longer gave a fuck if I was banned or not so started trolling him back. Rumor has it he’s related to the family who owned it prior to Brownells so is given carte blanche to do what he wants.
There’s a few good mods there but the ones wielding the most power are those with the biggest egos that get their feels hurt the easiest.
I had two accounts. Once they ban you, your IP address is ban and you can't access the website. Major VPNs won't work either because they have blocked them. That's how big of pussies they are...it's okay though, I worked around it. Lol
I banned myself from the ak files ,the place was loaded with antifa including 2 mods
SH is the only forum I ever look at or post on. I’ve met (by proxy) some really knowledgeable dudes that I’d dig sitting around with, drink beer and shoot the shit about shooting and life. The Pit has some real characters that make me laugh and think about things that have happened and will happen in this crazy ass world. Gotta thank Frank for making it possible.

I quit going to LRH, AS, RC, and BC, because they are so boring even though I learned some things there a long time ago.
I have to applaud Frank for creating the best gun site there is and putting up with people's constant crap! It's amazing that he can do that. Compliments to the guy for a place we can hang out and watch the drama's unfold.
The only other site I hang out on is Airgun Nation but it's a very sedate site. It takes me about 30 minutes to get through all the forums there while I can spend 3 hours here.

I have been in singer forums before. One of them, I was good at spotting spam and bot posts. So, they made me a mod so that I could dispatch with those readily.
So, the owner of that forum has a training system that he sells and really, one might look at the forum as a sales pitch. Anyway another singer / singing coach joins and raises a little dust. Not calling names, just challenging others. I liked him and he really does have a good voice. A better voice, IMO, than the owner of the forum / program.
He starts his own forum, of which I become a member and a mod. The PTB at the old forum ask me if I am a member of this other forum. I don't answer. Nothing I am doing is against the interest of either forum. Next day, my mod status is gone.
Next day after that, I am banned. Like others said in here, not just a ban on my login, a ban on my email and my IP. That was around 13 years ago. I tried a few times after that.
I even emailed one of the people I knew with whom I was really forum friends. Hardly two words in reply, a definite cold shoulder. So, I am sure, all kinds of horseshit was said about me.
Then, later I was in a singer discord but it seemed to be young people. Then they talked about being gay and I said, well, that is an evolutionary self-solving problem. They no likee.
Next day, a few were talking about being a pansexual. I asked if that was personal relations involving cookware.
Immediate ban with an email saying, "fuck off."
At least here, I have not yet hurt enough feelings to get banned. And I certainly do nothing that would harm this site. I find it to be a great resource of information. And entertainment.

I know... and that's why for fun I've appealed the ban 4 or 5 times. Apparently you can do that without limit.
Maybe they don't realize that "taming unchecked aggression" actually means putting bullets into Rooskie animals, targeting, destroying, and stacking bodies until those filthy Commies get back on their side of the line?
ARFCOM is actually one of the funniest sites. When a Mod bans a member over there, they "own" the ban over them, and it's up to that specific member to apologize to that specific moderator and make penance while begging to get their account turned back on.
I actually got banned over there a long time ago in a hilarious way as well, but it's not really a great story because it makes no sense:
One day I saw I had all these PMs in my inbox like "RULES OF DECORUM VIOLATION" for #1, then #5, and then #12 or something like that... but the links all took me back to a post I made where I called the Johnson Redi-Mag a piece of "klunk junk."
A member next said something to me like... "Oh, Yeah? You know better than DELTA FORCE in the 90s!?!"
...and I think I replied, "Yes."
It all got deleted, but I guess even though you don't specifically need 3 strikes to get a perm ban they can slide it under the radar that way.
Anyway, their loss... plus I get more time back to do real things in real life.

I got banned at LRO because I asked a it +P chamberings and how they pressure tested... banned. Then the stupid libtard got mad and had his gay lover ban me from Rockslide! Ha ha ha
