Took the new POF P308 14.5" to the range today and had some feeding problem when running suppressed (Jet Ti can). On either suppressed (S) or normal (N) mode I was getting double feeds and stovepipes, with multiples ammo types. Everything cycled fine when running un-suppressed. My best guess is it's over-gassed but am not quite sure what the first step towards correcting the problem might be. Heavier buffer, different gas plug...? Any suggestions would be great!

Contact POF and ask them to sell you a .428 piston. It will bleed more gas off than the stock .430
Keep the .430 in your gear to drop in if you need to run harder in harsh conditions.
Do not run supressed on the normal setting unless you like broken guns.

*UPDATE*
My "POF" was bought from Hogan Mfg. on a sale over at ar15.com. They advertised them as being complete POF rifles, assembled by Hogan. I sent the rifle back to Hogan before I even shot the rifle because they thought some parts got mixed up on assembly, and they assured me the rifle was good to go when it was returned to me. I still had the feeding problems previously mentioned so I decided to just send the rifle back to POF and let them sort it out.
Upon receiving the rifle POF called me and explained what was wrong with the rifle. The rifle was essentially a hodge-podge of parts from different manufacturers.
The upper and lower receivers were POF. The barrel was not built to the same specs as POF barrels. The barrel extension was not POF. The bolt carrier was not built to the same specs as the POF and was wearing a gouge on the inside of the buffer tube. The forward assist notches on the bolt carrier were out of spec. The bayonet lug was contacting the handguard and not free floating. The cam pin was not POF and did not have the roller.
Anyone considering to buy from Hogan should realize that the rifles are not indeed 100% POF quality or construction. Hogan was very polite and helpful the few times I was in contact with them but if I had realized their rifles were not 100% POF, I would have never bought the rifle. Upon review of Hogan's website they are up front and specify what parts they use, but the original AR15.com ad listed them as POF rifles and not Hogan rifles...
POF is helping me out and getting me squared away with one of their rifles.
**Edited to add** I know there is legal actions currently between Hogan and POF and I have no desire to enter into that whole argument. Just wanted to share my personal experience.
