Hi guys,

just wondering if any of you could recommend a good ergonomic, overmolded rubber pistol grip for an AR-10? I don't really like the way the stock one feels, and I would like to get one that is more conducive to accuracy...

Make sure it fits your rifle. They make them for small and large frame AR's

Hell, now that I think about it, I have an extra grip like the one pictured if the OP wants it. Never been used as I swapped it out for the grip I currently have on my POF. It will only fit the AR-10.

$30/shipped and it's yours. Send a PM if interested.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I've considered the palm shelf option...but not sure if it really has any added value. Does it have any benefit for improving accuracy, or is it just a cool factor thing?

Thanks for the tip, BigJoe. That's the first time I've heard mention of that grip and after looking at it online, I may give it a try.

+1 for the new UTG, going out in the morning to try it out.... really nice feel, good interior space and a bottom slide/plug that wont fall out.

They look funny, but function like nothing else. I got it in the mail before I got some of my other stuff for my POF build and fell in love with it right out of the package. Grips are like getting a pistol that fits in your hand and you feel like they made it around your hand. For me it was like HK on their new hk45 and P30's. I have both and have shot them a lot and that is what this grip reminded me of.

Here is a link on ebay to a seller:

I know the go for like $25 on ebay. I found it later after I had bought one for like $35 on GB.

2 disclaimers on this one. I had to use the Dremel for like 45 minutes to get it to fit my POF. It seems like it was over molded in a few areas. Plus, I have a Battle Arms Development ambi selector that I had to cut back the right side and blend it to fit my short stubby on the right side.

Thanks for the input guys. I think I'm going to go with the Falcon Industries Ergo Deluxe AR large frame grip. Only problem is when I go to their web site, They don't have a secure site (https vs. http) to order from. Not fond of sending credit card info over an unencrypted connection. Not thrilled about a $20 flat shipping fee, from a company that is only 1 or two states away. Any body know where else I can order this from?
