Most guys who have the choice aren’t running DD now, FYI.
DD had been known for making a great rifle, but they where over priced. If they have just your upper, have them send a replacement. I try cs a couple times hoping to find one that understands.
I'm glad this got resolved. If it were my company, the AAR would definitely have something like, "when no problem is found, have tech involve another expert and if still not found, contact customer directly (bypass CS) for more more detailed discussion."I had to send the following pictures to get their attention
