I use my uncle mikes size 6 hip, brought it to the shoeshop and they sewed a pocket on the front like a magazine holder, with a little velcro flap. Or you could get/use a baton holder?
Mostly just use the uncle mikes shoulder rig in a 11 or 12 and leave the suppressor fitted when I'm kicking around the farm.

I'm wearing the shoulder rig here, just my niece-in-law in the way.
It's cheap, but it has protected for over 5 years of bashing/farm work/fence repair and is always ready for use without necessarily spooking the hay burners in distance.

Lots of cheap nylon holsters with mag pouches included will work fine.
The Bulldog Extreme series already has the magazine pouch in the front, and only costs 20 bucks.
Size 3 fits a Walther P22.
