If they want to advertise that they are open for criminals to exploit I really would not want to spend much time there.

Not sure about SC, but many places you can carry where they serve alcohol, just can't be consuming. Some states say you can't be at the bar, but can be at a table within the establishment. So to answer your question, possibly depending on where you are.

Yes, in Arizona, if one has a concealed carry permit and the establishment serving alcohol doesn't have a "no firearms" sign. Not allowed to drink, though.
