25 degrees and clear. Deer were active this morning. Scored with the wifes M7 shooting 100gr ballistic tips at 3150fps. Mind blowing distance of about 35 yards. Through the shoulder and took out the top of the heart and both lungs. Put a finisher in him at about 80 yards on the run through the neck. Wasn't needed but was worth it for the short drag.

11 points with 1 tine damaged while in velvet and the same main beam had 2 crab claws on the end.

260 Rem.

I loaded these for the wife as her blind is on the other end of the field. She took a 10pt at 240yards with Hornady 140s about 4 years ago. I figured This would shoot a little flatter and would give her confidence shooting a laser beam.

Bullet broke both shoulders and bounced off the hide on the far side and ended up in the exit hole of the far side shoulder.

Load was 43.0gr IMR 4064 210M Frontier brass 3150fps.

I wouldn't recommend this for the woods or if you're a meat hunter.

Would make good yote medicine.

Re: Perfect morning

I have some 120tsx loaded up. Everytime I have used them I don't see a damn thing.

43.5gr H4350 at 2850fps.

Can't wait for the 100gr TTSX to come out. Should be able to get 3300fps from my 24" 260. look out 'yotes!
