Peruta V San Diego. Big loss to the 2A.

Looks like all my brothers and sisters that I left behind in California, have suffered a big blow to their 2A rights today. SCOTUS refused to hear the Peruta V San Diego case which means the 9th circuit en banc decision. Good cause remains emminent danger in most counties still, and in others, thats not even good enough (Los Angeles for example).

RBG and Breyer need to retire already..

This just needs to be smacked down on a federal legislative level, make the so-called Blue Dog "gun loving" Dems and RINOs put their money where their mouth is on the 2A, support it or get ready to hear about it non-stop come mid terms.

Freedom of press or religion isn't a state issue to be limited or restricted, and neither is the Right to Bear Arms. These state by state encroachments need to end.
