Places to shoot near Mooresville,N.C. ?

Finally had enough of the bullshit in CA, so we're building a house and relocating.. Looking for places to shoot long range (out to 1k) near the area.

Coleman Creek in Eberlee, NC has ranges out to 1-mile. They primarily cater to military and L/E but have a limited number of civilian memberships. I am a member and it is a fantastic place to shoot. www.colemanscreek.com

Colemans Creek is a great range. Would be about a 1:45 drive. Hawks Ridge is in Furgeson which is about 1:15 drive.

I've shot two 1000 yd steel matches at Hawk's Ridge. Great bunch of guys, a lot of fun, very competitive.
