Has anyone made a switch over to a plant based diet lifestyle ala Forks over Knives/Engine 2? How do you feel? Would you recommend? I know I could stand to mix in a few more salads, but this method seems like a hard line.

FYI, we eat lots of meat but we do make fruit smoothies and have been adding hemp seed for additional protein. It's a good source of plant based protein....
