Rifle Scopes Please help choosing the scope

Hello,
I am new in this forum and after my scope was broken I am looking for other one.
The distance I will shoot is up to 600 meters.
I found three scopes and need your advice, opinions etc.
1. Vortex Viper 6-24x50 PST;
2. Nightforce 8-32x56;
3. Sightron SIII 8-32x56
My budget is ~1300 USD, only problemm that I need it shipped to Latvia. If there are some of sellers, please inform is it possible to ship it and other terms.
Lets start to discuss!

I fear you might have trouble getting a scope sent out of the us, dont know any vendors that offers shipping it at least. look at some european importers for these scopes.
For a not too high priced european option i guess ior would be where to look.
And with the options you have put up i would go for a nightforce, secondly a vortex, and leave the sightron alone.
