Rifle Scopes Please recommend a scope height for Armalite AR10 flattop

I should be receiving a USO scope soon, and would like to know what the optimum install height is for the Armalite AR10.
No additional MOA needed in the mount, no tapered base. Also, is this measurement from the top of the picitinny rail to the bottom of the scope or otherwise?

I am going to try to use the my existing “New Improved Armalite Scope Mount” 30mm, Part #EX0022 as sold by Armalite in the early 2000's.

I know you said you don't need any additional moa in the mount, but I feel this is the coolest option for a precision AR set up and even has a built-in cant level and is specifically built to be comparable with the USO T-pal scope body.

If you think you may want quick detach capability, I'd look to the ADM mount or Larue, though I don't know if the T-pal body will fit ( if thats what you have) -- maybe someone can verify that.

Most of the AR platform mounts are between 1.45"-1.5" from the top of the rail to the centerline of the scope. I don't know how high the armalite rings are that you have are, if they are much shorter than about 1.4" I'd think they may not have an adaquate cheek weld.
