I bought from them about 6 years ago when I was working out of a hotel for about 6 months. The stock I ordered came in a couple of weeks. Have not ordered from them since, so it sounds like they really went down the crapper.

I use to be a big spender at botach.com or http://www.botachtactical.com/. There customer service is the worst I have ever seen! Ex... I look on the web site and see that there is a good deal. I order the part and then find out that it is out of stock.
Next time I see that a good deal on an item and I wisely call and make sure it is in stock before I order over the phone. I needed the item for a tactical match and a LEO training. I get an email three days after checking if it was in stock (and having a human tell me "its in stock") tell me that the item is out of stock and they have no idea when it will be back in stock.
In November I ordered a small magpul case for my sun as one of his Christmas presents. I figured "its early November what could go wrong". I waited and then never received the case. I called to no avail and the tried the online chat help. I to this day have never received the MagPul case I ordered. When I inquired I was told They would check in to it. I was told this 4 different times.
These are not odd occurrences at botach. They are common and very frequent. I now refuse to shop there. I now refuse to indorse them in anyway. I now will go out of my way to make sure people know how shitty they are. Its a shame because I have a lot of officers who come to me to ask where to find certain slings, mags etc. I use to ref them to botach with a warning that they may be out of stock. I now refuse to ref anyone to them and when given a chance I will speak my true feelings about their terrible customer service and attention to details.

Maybe you will be ok. I ordered two of the Korean G19 mags from them last weekend so I would have some mags for the range. At $24 shipped for both I was willing to give'em a chance when everywhere else was charging that for a single one.
I received a tracking # from them Tuesday and the mags came in today.

By the way, I've never seen anything listed as "In Stock" on their website. Instead they put "Check Availability". In my lone purchase saga with Botach and the difficulty in communication between us, I have determined the root cause- Botach has their own language. It is similar to English but slightly different. I haven't found the Rosetta Stone for this foreign dialect, but so far I have the translation of the following statements:
"Check Availability" - Out of Stock, but feel free to let us hold onto your money indefinitely until we DO get it in stock and feel like shipping it
"Botach Tactical is Upfront" - We will show you everything you want to see and nothing you don't or would make you less likely to give us your money.
" Due to the current market situation and overwhelming demand for specialty products, we are experiencing delays in shipping, responding to emails & phone calls." - Due to people going batshit crazy, we have an excuse for our business model of never responding to customer requests within a week and a half.

I would never buy anything from Botach. They are a pain in the real to deal with! I mean if they are are one ones that sell something you want then so be it but i would not buy from them if you can help it.

I've ordered from Botach several times and have always been happy. They have improved their communications and customer service has always been friendly. In the end it's your money spend it where you want but botach has decent prices and has yet to do wrong by me.

I really like how they are shipping these orders but not filling their backorders yet. I have an order for 60 pmags, and a seperate order for 3 pmags and neither has charged or shipped yet

Did they create the three pack to give them an excuse to sell more instead of filling back orders? I know of some people on another forum that have gotten their orders, but a few years ago I ordered several things from them and got someone else's order, and was then told that I could return it on my dime, and "oh, btw, what you ordered is now out of stock and on back order for a few months." It took a bit of fighting but it was finally made right, but not before they permanently lost my business.

I ordered the 3 for $45 back in December and still haven't got them. They said they were in stock when I ordered them but then a week or so later I got a email saying they were back ordered. Got one 308 Pmag last week that I ordered at the same time. Piss on them!!!!!

Just a word to the wise search botach tactical before you make a decision to do business with them.
I had 6 pmags ordered the first week of december before the panic buying & feeding frenzy for $12 a mag.
I have their emails with a guarantee that I would get my mags at the price of $12 & the invoice with a guarantee that I would get my mags.
Well when their shipment came in they said I could only have 2 of the 6 mags I ordered & they were limiting each customer to 2 mags.
I then went to their site & you can order 100 of them at $45 a piece so their guarantee in writing & invoice showing that my order would be honored wasn't worth a damned.
I should have listened to the dozens of other gun owners that told me to run not walk but run away from botach tactical.
Just bad business practices yet people still buy from them so roll the dice if you're feeling lucky

Not saying BoTach doesn't deserve what they have asked for in the past but I ordered my mags when I saw this post and I got three mags in the mail today. If they keep this up the might just be doing business with long term. I choose there free shipping option took less than a week.

Same here, I bought them when I saw them came in yesterday. Not a problem from me. I rolled the dice and came out ahead this time. I would probably roll the dice again under the same circumstances.
