The reporter that was asking the questions that sounded like he only had 2 brain cells searching for each other, was he trained by The New York Times/Newsweek/Time Magazine or did he have a degree from an Ivy League college? Sounds like an East Coast liberal.

Depends on what state you are in. In my state, I have no requirement to retreat. Realistically, a car is a car, and I wouldn't risk a trial over it. You should use your best judgment.
