So the US takes over Mexico without firing a shot. Makes it the 51st state. Have to build and maintain a much shorter wall along our southern border. This guy may be on to something.

Oh hell no. That would be worse than when East and West Germany unified. It took West Germany at least 15 years to recover from the unification. Best thing we could do is build a wall and adopt immigration policies more akin to El Salvador.

And the cartels play what role in their paramilitary? This will be bad...but it just might happen anyway. Anything to weaken USA. (Trump had good arrangements with Mexico),

The cartels are already here. We can let them play with the FakeBI for fun. Give them the "legalized" drug trade and then tax the hell out of them. They are capitalists after all, just more dangerous than most corporations, or are they, Pfizer comes to mind.
