Well, we have a conundrum: is a baby a person? If not abortion should be a non issue and no killing of a pregnant mother should be charged as a double murder. HOWEVER, if an unborn baby IS a human she may have a case. What’s the difference in the container the baby is held in - a car seat or a womb? But I suspect that the mother to be is also playing the game selfishly as well.
