Trump is basically calling for and promising an all powerful police state and an even more powerful DOJ and federal gov’t. Amazing coming from a man supposedly steamrolled by the DOJ. This can only lead to further authoritarianism and eventually totalitarianism. Gov creates and allows crime and when people have enough, they create the “solution” which is more police to serve and protect the shit out of everyone. He is one of them. No doubt.

Russia Destroys over 100 US-Made HIMARS Rockets In Ukraine – Defense Ministry

Russian forces have targeted an ammunition depot in Ukraine’s Dnepropetrovsk Region, destroying over 100 US-made HIMARS rockets, according to an update from Russia’s Defense Ministry on Wednesday.

The strike follows a Monday report that Moscow had targeted and destroyed US-supplied weapons, including heavy artillery in western Ukraine, using “sea-based high-precision long-range weapons.”

The US, which is Kiev’s biggest backer in its conflict with Moscow, had supplied Ukraine with 16 HIMARS systems as of July 22 while the UK has provided another three launchers capable of firing the same munitions.

83 percent of likely voters today are concerned about election integrity ahead of the 2022 midterms, and 75 percent are concerned about election cheating.

Additionally, a May poll found that 55 percent of U.S. voters at that time believed that cheating changed the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

i wonder if any of the 83% are speaking from the grave. guess they worked out the dementia patient wasnt a good choice.

Ukraine To Seek War-Crime Charges Against Major Western Banks

The leaders of Western banks such as JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and HSBC are committing war crimes by continuing to indirectly financing the Russian state, an economic adviser to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said Tuesday.

In an interview with CNBC Oleg Ustenko announced that Kiev continues to gather data on banks it believes are financing traders of Russian oil, and plans to forward its complaints to the International Criminal Court.

“There is no doubt that Russia is committing war crimes in Ukraine, against Ukrainians," Ustenko told the outlet. “In our minds, everybody who is financing these war criminals who are doing these terrible things in Ukraine are also committing war crimes,” he added, noting that Kiev will not pursue the banks themselves, but their leaders and managers.

Ustenko had previously called on the bosses of several major Western banks to cut ties with companies that trade Russian oil.

Not one bit. I just understand that empowering and growing gov is the same thing as disempowering the people. More government isn’t the solution to intentionally government made problems created to have a desired effect. Gov intervention is why we are heading down this path to begin with.

It is not the size of the government, but the role they play be it good, bad or corrupt. Big government could be good if all of it's resources are used to better the people of the US and rid it of the leaches we have running it. We need to fix all that is wrong with it by any means possible. (y)

That's incredibly naïve. Size creates inevitable waste and corruption in ANY human organization. Companies, governments, militaries, ANY organization. Only insects can scale without changing the fundamental nature of their organization. The most powerful tool in preserving liberty and keeping limited, liberal government is controlling it's size, period. There is no such thing as a "just, big government", period.

So blacks now self-identify as Monkeys or what ?

''New York City Health Commissioner Ashwin Wasan has asked World Health Organization (WHO) chief Tedros Ghebreyesus to rename "monkeypox" because he believes the name is stigmatizing and can offend members of a number of races, including blacks , as well as the LGBT community. Vasan stated this on his Twitter, and also attached a copy of the letter to the head of WHO.

“We are growing concerned about the potentially devastating and stigmatizing effect that discussion of the monkeypox virus can have on vulnerable communities,” Vasan wrote. He emphasized that many experts are also concerned about this, given the "painful and racist history in which terminology like this is associated with communities of color."
The commissioner recalled that the virus now spreading did not originate in monkeys and was named so only because it was identified during the study of primates.

According to Vasan, misperceptions about the term "monkey pox" may prevent people from seeking medical attention. He recalled that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of hate crimes against Asians and Pacific Islanders has increased significantly, stressing that the language used in healthcare matters.

“We fear the consequences of stigmatization. associated with the term "monkey pox", may be exacerbated by the fact. that in many cases the transmission of the virus occurs between gay men, bisexual men and other men who have sex with men, That is, part of the community that is already facing stigmatization and violence, ”explained Vasan.

In mid-June, the WHO had already announced that it was working on renaming "monkeypox". The representative of the organization noted that diseases should be given names that would not harm any groups of monkeys .''
