So you’re saying every single person who took the shot wanted these things for the unvaxxed? You’re crediting statements made by a very few to a much larger group pal. You don’t know anybody's reasons for taking or not taking the jab other than your own, or what someone is willing to tell you, if it’s even the truth. You sound like a child, and it’s not that simple.
I’ve got a buddy who’s a retired Ranger. Loves freedom, hard worker, guy is a beast. I wouldn’t challenge him if he had an ice pick and I had a Benelli M2. He took it without even thinking twice, because Uncle Sam has already pumped him full of everything coming and going between his deployments.
I’m a physician. Politically, I have become fairly certain that big business, big pharma, big Ag, big food, and big tech all want us either dead or enslaved. I had absolutely no intention of taking it. I thought the mRNA tech was too new and I was aware of prior vaccine complications in pediatrics for RSV. However, when delta came through, I could look at the census in the ICUs at my hospital and see dudes about my age, about my weight, with the same few comorbidities I have, dying in the ICU. I am an anesthesiologist, so I had a good risk of interacting with some of the sickest patients with the highest viral loads.
Now, the government has been more than shady as of late, and I’m quite confident they’d inject us all with nanotech at the drop of a hat. That being said, given what I could see with my own two eyes I decided I didn’t want to risk dying on a vent with my tinfoil hat too tight, so I took the J&J. The adenovector has been used in canine rabies vaxxes for some time now.
So, I admit, I did it out of fear. It was a mistake and I wish I could go back and undo it, and will have to accept the ramifications of my decision. I tell people I made a mistake and not to do it. I have nearly come to blows with other physicians who I HAVE heard say things like “you shouldn’t be able to work if your not vaxxed.” I am not a sheep, and my friend is sure the heck not. I don’t hate the unvaxxed. I wish I was one. I am just a person, not unlike most of us on here, who made an error in judgment based on the information presented.
If the shot really is a death sentence, do you really want to be declaring f-you to folks who may be as-well-or-better armed and trained than you, with have absolutely nothing to lose? Do you really think that kind of gloating is wise?
