I wasn't a fan of Alex Jones. That didn't mean that I disliked him. My opinion about him was neutral.
He said a few things that I questioned but not as bad as the crap that comes out of the leftists' mouths on the View.
He has his right to free speech just as much as the sows oinking on the View.
He is the "bump stock" of free speech.
We can all say to ourselves, "It's just Alex (nut case) Jones. He was asking for it. Someone was bound to go after him sooner or later. So he can't say that he didn't make himself a target."
He's got a lot in common with bump stocks. We may not like bump stocks. We may think that they are a waste of money.
On the other hand, if we don't speak up for bump stocks then all of our 2A liberties are in jeopardy. If we don't speak up for Alex Jones then all of our 1A liberties are in jeopardy.
