ETA: Know what is sad though? An entire group of 2 million + people out there are being born and growing up right now who will one day fall for a government ruse enticing them to go move into a "sci-fi city" for "exciting opportunities", and once they get there, they will most likely not be allowed to leave. The project is advertising itself as "self sustaining". There is NO DOUBT the project leaders and the government behind it will be using this as an opportunity for a science experiment to see how 2 million people can be sustained and control maintained where some of the people are not there out of their own free will.
