I think Plan B should be offered whenever a rape kit is done. The problem is, how many women don't go and report it immediately. There is still tremendous shame today in being rape victim, that's largely a product of defense attorneys (like Killary) and twisted prosecutors.

For someone as yourself with LE background, and understanding how life-altering rape usually is, I can't fathom why you wouldn't be supportive of rape/incest (and danger to health of mother) exceptions. You are absolutely correct that someone doesn't "get over" rape in 9months, or even a lifetime; you are also correct that rape/incest accounts for (much less) that 2% of abortions, but that is even more reason to allow the exception. It is killing of the secondary victim, to decrease emotional and physical burden to the primary victim. (I prefer to distinguish killing from murder. Sometimes killing is justified, even if the individual being killed is innocent). I know some women do have religious convictions that allow, even "force" them to bear a child conceived in these circumstances, but I have never heard of a raped woman say "gee I wish someone had forced me to keep the fetus of that guy who raped me". The process of carrying a fetus to term and delivering it takes tremendous physical and emotional toll on the mother; I don't think it is our right to make a rape victim suffer more by insisting this happen for the sake of hard and fast anti-abortion law. Forcing a female to carry a product of rape to term is torture of the victim. Maybe if you were a woman you see things differently. We are supposed to be a civilized society, rape shouldn't even happen, but it does. Maybe if there were stiffer penalties for rape there would be less of it. In fact, some rapists should get the death penalty, especially when the victim is underage or multiple women have been affected.

Your analogy to an office worker who doesn't like a co-workers perfume is illogical. I can't see that argument at all.

from what youre saying its starting to make sense for me also. ive been coughing for a long while now, smoking doesnt help i guess. no one in my immediate family, wife daughter, is jabbed. my mother, most relatives/friends are. very few arent. every time my mother visits, or recently at the cemetery for my late fathers 1 year, i was around close family that are all jabbed, have no idea about boosters. cough seems to come and go, but when it comes i cough for a while. have to call the wife and see how shes doing as i havent seen her in a week as ive been on the property looking after the animals and doing some renos on the house and waiting on contractors. so far ive only been taking magnesium, calcium, d3, vitamin c and zinc, when i remember. being out in the fresh air and sun also helps.

The delineation of killing vs murder is worth further discussion. Murder is illegal killing, while killing can be either/or.
Is killing in war murder? In most cases no.
Is executing a convicted criminal murder? No.
Is killing a home invader murder? No

What makes the difference?
In most cases it's the other person putting your life in jeopardy thereby forfeiting their own life.
An unborn baby lacks the mens rea to rise to that level.

As for the cologne argument, it is a logical progression of killing innocent third parties.
The oft heard argument is carrying a baby to term is a reminder of the attack, so which other reminders should she be able to kill to avoid?

Nevermind the folks who are most likely to be pro killing babies (potential life at the very least), say we should ban petrochemicals to save the planet for hypothetical life hundreds of years into the future.

Started to post a thread but decided against it. I’m no fan of the NFL but I did see it. It was a routine tackle, not particularly violent. He stood up quickly after making the tackle, then suddenly fell flat on his back as if someone flipped a switch. Next thing you know there’s an ambulance on the field and they’re doing CPR. Based on the reactions of the players on both sides, I’m thinking he’s maybe gone but it isn’t known yet. Never seen anything like this.

I hope he's still alive. I have been expecting to see this in the nfl since all the soccer players starting dropping around the world. Boog talking about it being life or death sure doesn't make it sound good.

Cardiac contusion; cardiac wall/aortic rupture; arrhythmia. Time to intervention critical; many of these aren't survivable.

When they do kill themselves it is always, as in ALWAYS a lawsuit. If they set their mind to it they will find a way.

Here if they are on watch they are checked every 10 minutes with notes taken what they are doing at the moment, sleeping, masturbating, using the toilet, does not matter it is logged. Usually if they are in there they mellow out till interaction comes about in some form. Some of these folk are really mentally ill, our system just does nothing for people with real mental issues, there is really no where for a lot of them to go.
