Thirdly, the statute of limitation will run out long before they can do a proper investigation. Why do you think it took Durham this long? The statute of limitations is five years for crimes in DC. Fourthly, any charges would have to be brought up in a DC court. You couldn't get a DC court to be unbiased. How'd the case go in the only charges that Durham prosecuted?
